Ready to Schedule?

     * Your name, address and best contact phone number or email
     * Your pet's name, breed, age and sex
     * A brief description of your concerns
2. Ask your regular veterinarian to send a copy of your pet's medical records to [email protected]*
3. Once your appointment request is received, I will contact you within 1-3 business days to set up an appointment.

* Your pet's health is a team effort. It's important that we have all essential health and contact information so that we are best informed and communicative with the whole the team.

Due to the nature of this small business, Dr. Egan does not have reception staff available on demand. For best service please use text and email communications and you will receive a response as soon as possible. This may be between 1 and 3 business days.
